A centre may establish minimum attendance requirements for completion of a course or eligibility for examination/certification.
7. Examinations & Assessment
Students may be required to complete examinations, practical assessments, projects, assignments, or other evaluation activities.
Takenstar reserves the right to establish examination rules and assessment criteria.
Any attempt to cheat, impersonate another student, manipulate examination records, or otherwise misuse the examination process may result in cancellation of the examination or other appropriate action.
8. Certificates & Marksheets
Certificates and marksheets are issued to eligible students who successfully complete the applicable course and fulfil the relevant academic requirements.
Takenstar may maintain records necessary to verify certificates, marksheets, student IDs, and registration information.
A certificate or marksheet must not be altered, copied, forged, or misrepresented.
Any fraudulent document may be cancelled and reported where appropriate.
9. Online Verification
Takenstar may provide online verification facilities for certificates, marksheets, student IDs, and franchise information.
Verification information may be limited to the information reasonably necessary to confirm authenticity.
10. Franchise Partners
Franchise opportunities are subject to application, verification, approval, agreement, and applicable terms.
Becoming a franchise partner does not automatically guarantee:
- A specific number of students
- A specific level of revenue
- Profitability
- Employment opportunities
- Government recognition
- Any guaranteed return on investment
Franchise partners are independently responsible for their centre's day-to-day operations, expenses, staff, local marketing, and compliance with applicable laws and Takenstar's franchise guidelines.
11. Franchise Branding
Authorized franchise partners may use Takenstar branding only according to the terms of their franchise agreement and branding guidelines.
Partners must not:
- Modify the Takenstar logo without authorization
- Represent themselves as the corporate headquarters
- Make unauthorized government/approval claims
- Make false promises regarding employment, income, certification, or recognition
- Use Takenstar branding after termination of authorization
12. Intellectual Property
The Takenstar name, logo, trademarks, website design, text, graphics, course materials, software, documents, videos, images, and other original content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit Takenstar content without prior written permission, except where expressly permitted.
13. Student Accounts
Where student or partner login facilities are provided, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You should immediately inform Takenstar if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Takenstar is not responsible for losses resulting from the user's intentional or negligent sharing of login credentials.
